We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented person who would like to join our fast-growing Jewelry & Gifts E-commerce business. There is room for career growth!
We are Gary's Fine Jewelry, a family-owned company that has a long history in retail and e-commerce spaces. We specialize in Jewelry & Watches, production, and fulfillment.
We are a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative group that is looking for someone who will assist us with our E-commerce customers, our in-house E-commerce Brands, and our Amazon Seller Central accounts.
In addition to providing excellent team support, you will partner with several departments to get our products to market quickly and accurately. We expect incredible organization and communication skills.

We are looking for someone proactive, comfortable wearing different hats, and strategically finding new ways for Gary Fine Jewelry to understand and exceed our customers/partners expectations.
This person must communicate effectively, be enthusiastic, and wants to grow in the organization. Our office is in Massapequa.
E-commerce Support Specialist:
This person is a results-driven, great team player, multi-tasker, and wants to grow in the organization. You will work with an experienced team that is focused on customer needs and wants to exceed their expectations.
Day to day responsibilities:
Amazon Seller Central – manage product uploads, run campaigns
Salsify – 3rd party PIM that manages our assets for all Ecommerce
3rd party inventory and order hub for all accounts
Shopify – manage product uploads, site organization, and homepage collections
Microsoft Teams – communicate effectively, create workflows, manage tasks
Work with the overseas office to manage sku information
Manage content and all assets needed for new and current sku rollouts and maintenance
Work with logistics team to receive container arrival information
Acknowledge and resolve any customer/partner issues & complaints that may arise
Assist in processing customer orders
Shipping and packing of products
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 of years in E-commerce B2B and/or B2C
Experience with Amazon Seller Central a plus
Experience with Shopify is a plus
Experience with Shipstation is a plus
Experience with eBay is a plus
Experience using Microsoft Office tools like Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Experience creating reports in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with pulling data sheets
Strong problem solving and customer management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at once
