Description Collect and analyze data received from the accounting team to provide regular visibility to departments and schools on drivers of the organization's P&L and identifying trends. Partner with various departments and schools to improve the understanding of drivers of business performance, trends and help in updating KPI metrics on a regular basis Support the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting process for the organization Report and provide in-depth analysis to key leaders including monthly Actuals vs Forecast/Budget, Risks and Opportunities, variance analysis discussions and help update monthly financial reporting package to Senior Management Support the monthly internal financial reporting for the organization Drive operational efficiencies throughout the organization - automating tasks wherever possible Provide ad hoc financial and business decision support as needed by the CFO, CEO and other functional leaders Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field 2-5 years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis or investment banking experience Strong understanding of P&L and balance sheet and able to adapt to changes and multitask Experience with an ERP system or similar reporting tools Our client, a large charter school system, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A department to help guide the department and school in decision making.
