Description Reporting directly to the companies Team Manager of Infastructure this person will manage all internal and external IT requests. Manage third party IT vendors. Respond quickly to support requests and ensure timely execution. Investigate and diagnose various technology problems. Handle data reporting. Responsible for issues and maintenance of laptops, mobile phones, etc. Handle supporting WLAN infastrucutre VDI support and troubleshooting Handle all IT requests Ad-hoc responsibilities. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a growing investment management firm.
