Penski Staffing a CorTech is a service-oriented staffing / recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients.
We currently are hiring for an Operations Manager. JOB SUMMARY : In this role, you are responsible for the overall operations of the Cafe & Bake Shop.
Must lead by example, demonstrate and reinforce with the associates that the customer is the top priority. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Responsible for overall operations.
Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records.Schedule staff hours and assign duties.Ensure the care, repair, and maintenance of all equipment used in the facility.
Driving and generating sales Follow the budgeted productivity standards set in the annual budget for food, paper, and labor cost.
Responsible for listening, leading and developing a teamSetting daily goals for the team to constantly improve on accuracy, speed of service, hospitality, upselling, and operational standards.
Responsible for ensuring all team members follow safety guidelines and procedures. Qualifications : Must have a minimum of 2 years of Management Experience Must have experience in a timed service environment to ensure speed and accuracy of service is accomplished.
Must have experience in a face pace day to day operations and are able to handle high volume. Must have strong communication skills
