Req Number 002Q67Job DescriptionAnalyzes and makes recommendations for RevenueCycle Business Operations implementation and maintenance. Liaises betweenvarious project teams. Recommends and delivers plans and training materialsthroughout implementation and helps ensure smooth operations postimplementation.1.Makesrecommendations for development of implementation plans for Systemdevelopment and implementation of Revenue Cycle Business Operations which mayinclude discovery, design, conversion, testing, and/or any other components ofthe project plan cycle.2.Servesas a liaison between business and technology teams.3.Participatesin developing and delivering training programs for current and prospectiveusers. Educates practice, site andcorporate management on Revenue Cycle Business Operations policies andprocedures.4.Assistsimplementation team in configuring HIPAA rules based on System policies andlegal requirements.5.Ensuresprocesses are compliant with system policies, applicable laws and contractualbargaining agreements.6.Performssystem audits. Resolves discrepancies,as required.7.Collaborateswith departments and clients to resolve user issues.8.Consultswith departmentsto provide customer.9.Troubleshootsissues and resolves concerns as well as recommends necessary fixes. Advises management of results andrecommends actions.10.Consultswith newly acquired facilities and designs transition and implementationplans.

ADA Essential FunctionsQualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration or related field, preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of related healthcare experience. OR
IT experience with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or other presentation software and adobe applications.
Ability to present and disseminate complex information in an easily understandable manner to individuals at various educational levels.
Position requires regular travel to sites, mainlywithin the region. The extent of travelrequired will vary based on business needs, but is estimated at 50%.
