We are a newly launched construction tool rental company in Brooklyn serving contractors and job sites across NYC (5 boroughs).
We are looking for a motivated Store Manager to help us build and run daily operations from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, growth potential, and direct access to ownership.
Job Duties:
- Run daily rental operations
- Manage drivers, yard staff, and scheduling
- Handle contractor relationships and problem-solving
- Track inventory, billing, and utilization
- Help improve systems and efficiency
Requirements
- At least 2-years’ experience in Construction, equipment rental, or building materials experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable managing people and operations
- NYC construction experience a big plus
