We are seeking a bilingual customer service oriented individual, with the ability to provide high quality of customer service to our customers and develop a professional working relationship with our affiliates.
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Manage inbound calls from our cash and corporate non-emergency transportation queues
Listen and obtain information from callers in a professional, systematic and organized manner
Maintain flexibility in efforts to provide quality service to our callers to help company its operational and business goals
Works systematically and efficiently with all stake holders
Keep information organized and accessible, maintains clean & functional work space
Perform other related duties or assigned tasks
Promotes mutual respect among drivers, customers and team members
Requirements:
Bilingual - English & Spanish a MUST
Previous call center experience or dispatching (livery base with Limosys Software) a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
Must be flexible to work weekends, over nights and / or holidays as required
Exemplary phone communication skills
Ability and desire to provide outstanding customer service
Working knowledge of most MS Office applications
Great personality & team spirit¨
Ability to relate to a diverse group of customers and their requests
Ability to identify and empathize with customer needs and circumstances
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Punctuality and excellent attendance are critical
Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations is required
Ability to meet or exceed the standards determined by the company for a CSR I.
