Call Center Representative

As a Call Center Representative at Digimarcon, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Superior problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
