A (PPE) medical supply and services company located in Yonkers, NY is seeking a top notch Customer Service Administrator/ Social Media Coordinator. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong attention to detail. You need to be internet savvy and able to use CRM platforms.

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and project-oriented activities in support of the sales & management within the rapidly evolving PPE Medical Supply industry.

Summary:

Proactively manage all aspects of administrative support for sales team

Logistics management for sales team (Processes orders performs order entry, reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data)

Performs background research on new customer accounts, prospects, and competitors.

Adding client contact information into our CRM database.

Answer incoming calls, informing customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.

Update webpage as needed to ensure content is fresh and engaging

Manage all social media platforms through creating engaging content on Facebook and LinkedIn

Contact sales and customers to obtain missing information or answer inquiries

Liaison with Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, and other Departments

Communicate directly with shipping providers and suppliers

Knowledge And Skills/Technology

Qualifications:

Must possess excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

Proficient/advanced technical capabilities including Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times

B.S. degree in Marketing, Sales, or Relevant Work Experience
