Equity Staffing is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for a temporary assignment. In this role you will be responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to individuals. Will be responsible for gathering of information and recording notes into a database. This position is 100% remote.
Ideal Candidates:
· Would have experience working within the healthcare field or a in customer service oriented position
· At least 2 years of customer service experience
· Worked a position that required use of Microsoft applications and computers on a daily basis
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Someone that enjoys helping others and is empathetic to people in crisis
· MUST live in New York City
· High school diploma, or equivalent required
