Equity Staffing is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for a long term contract assignment. In this role you will be responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to individuals. Will be responsible for gathering of information and recording notes into a database. This position is 100% remote.
Ideal Candidates:
MUST live in New York City (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, Queens)
Would like to have experience working within the healthcare field, but not necessary
At least 2 years of customer service experience with data entry being part of the job
Worked a position that required use of Microsoft applications and computers on a daily basis
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Someone that enjoys helping others and is empathic to people in crisis
High school diploma, or equivalent required
