Growing office now searching for multiple candidates for our Customer Service Department.
Ideal candidates possess:
Have FT availability.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have knowledge of dealing with different types of customers.
Have experience in the customer service field.
Ensure quality and accuracy of customer service.
Support their coworkers
Candidates must be able to start immediately and work a full-time schedule (40+ Hours). Monday through Saturday.
Entry level is encouraged to apply.
As a Customer Service Representative here you will be responsible for enrolling/re enrolling clients and completing their applications, answering questions and educating yourself on our system, you must be able to verbally communicate to our clients well (Communication skills are a must). The ideal candidate must be willing to learn and grow within the company (This is not a short term position. This is not an agency). We have a great, professional work environment.
Additional Qualifications:
-Must be at least 18+ years of age
-Must be able to work a full-time shift
-Must be able to start immediately
