Job Details
The Product team is looking for an experienced Product, User Experience/User Interface designer to lead product design initiatives across web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing the entire experience of the product used by both employees and by companies nationally, while helping to lead and grow the Product Design team as a whole.
You will interface and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams, while owning the hands on UX and UI design. This role will start as an Individual Contributor, with the opportunity for growth into Leadership.

Own the design for three core products on web and mobile, while growing the product design function of the company
Lead and own the design best practices and procedures of the company
Iterate and prototype feature sets of existing products
Design new features and products from the ground up
Be customer obsessed, partnering with Data, Analytics, Product, and Customers directly
Partner with engineering team to ensure functionality of design deliverables
What You Bring to The Team:
7+ years of experience working in Product Design with a focus on both UX and UI
Outstanding portfolio, showcasing your design process, UX fundamentals and experience, and foundation in UI/Interaction Design
Deep experience with the latest screen and prototype design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, Framer, etc.
Mobile design experience
Enterprise and Consumer design experience
An odd obsession with supervising design trends and desire to discuss why they make sense or are awful
Experience with running user testing sessions preferred
You stay current with Design trends and principals and have an opinion on them!
