If you’re as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Data & Analytics Literacy Lead to join our Digital Business Transformation organization.Responsibilities:

Support the development of a minimum requirements baseline for what it means to be literate in data and analytics firm-wide, and at each professional level

Partner with KPMG's service lines and “KPMG Business School” to establish, launch, and maintain a competency model for continuously assessing D&A proficiency levels

Develop and implement a multi-year strategy and roadmap for the roll-out of critical D&A capabilities and competencies across the firm

Build and deploy training programs aligned with business data vision and mission; develop a metrics and measurement strategy and approach for evaluating the success of D&A literacy programs and initiatives; coach and mentor firm resources on data handling, prepare, augment and enhance in-house training content; organize or deliver in-person or live-online training classes including MSOs

Manage a portfolio of initiatives focused on raising the general level of data and analytics literacy which includes timeline and plan development, task management, noting key dependencies, making trade-offs and identifying the right people to involve at the right time as well as being the subject matter professional when needed; be a coordination point for engaging 3rd parties (e.g., NGOs) that might be involved in our Literacy programs by supplying D&A problems to solve

Continually look for new ways to analyze data and follow threads to discover actionable opportunities to increase efficiencies and improve the customer experience; present actionable findings and recommendations to stakeholders, partner with product, engineering, operations stakeholders and trainers to implement projects and measure results

Qualifications:

Minimum eight years of experience building & managing a federated data services training program, and overseeing the data education initiative

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Experience directly relevant to Data Literacy; understand the complexity of a matrixed professional services firm / partnership

Ability to build & manage an effective hands-on data education program; demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to develop this skill in trainees using appropriate training techniques; as well as experience benchmarking resource improvement programs

Fluent in common data related business and technology practices; firm understanding of Data and Analytical trends and applied knowledge; understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, and Analytics background a plus

Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work; able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization
