Job Description

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

  • Lead research and agenda development across our events festivals, summits, award ceremonies and community hub
  • Support the design and execution of new event formats and content creation ideas that will be game-changing for women in tech around the world
  • Work across our network to recruit high-quality, relevant and senior level speakers
  • Work on all aspects of production around our events and awards initiatives, often to tight event deadlines
  • Work closely with the Marketing lead to significantly grow our audience by supporting the development of new engagement opportunities
  • Working closely with the Partnerships Lead, help drive revenue opportunities across events and programmes and flag risk/opportunity where applicable
  • Monitor market trends to facilitate new ideas for events and innovative ways for accelerateHER to continue to drive social change
  • Report against events production objective progress and performance as well as impact metrics to key internal and external stakeholders per project
  • Build relevant internal and external partnerships, ensuring collaboration is driven with a customer focus
  • Support accelerateHER systems management from our awards software to our website and customer database
  • Provide operational support for the Co-CEOs on Advisory Board meetings and other stakeholder engagement
  • Provide operational support to the team on any new products and services we deliver

  • Passion for content and experience creation in virtual, hybrid and in-person formats. Experienced in delivering ‘digital first’ events
  • Ability to translate audience needs into viable and relevant event products via digital and in-person mediums
  • Commercially astute with proven experience as a practical deliverer
