Summary:
The main function of a business analyst is to act as a business analyst for projects or fill organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, and metrics. The primary function for this role will be to respond to and manage custom insights ad hoc data requests for Sales, with the goal being to provide policy-compliant data not available through existing tools.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to tasks within team service level agreements.
  • Query internal tables to pull requested data cuts and vet all data requests for policy compliance.
  • Navigate internal data tables and team structures to understand how to accurately source new data requests.
  • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
  • Establish and document business processes.

Skills:
  • Highly proficient in SQL; Python a plus.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to analyse business trends and highlight themes.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or relevant field required.
