Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Business Process BA/PM to align their Division's Marketing Process Maps with Corporate Enterprise Process Maps. This is a remote 40 hour engagement from now until June 30, and hours are flexible each work to your schedule.

Seeking a business process specialist /project manager with expertise in creating process maps to support process excellence (lean six sigma) within the CoE.

  • Develop effective process maps with various levels to facilitate process efficiency and excellence
  • Centralize existing process maps and ensuring consistency across the enterprise for training and adoption purposes
  • Improve formats and transfer process maps to consistent template to enable clearer understanding
  • Highly proficient with process mapping software visio, LucidChart, etc - but able to transfer to format that the CoE can support in steady state
  • Completion of the above on up to 18 process maps
