The Business Management team acts as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior coverage executives to manage and optimize business performance. The team partners with Sales Management to drive business strategy through projects and analyses focused on drivers of efficiency and growth, such as strategic client targeting, new business origination, balance sheet optimization, cross-border expansion, product cross-sell, and coverage productivity. In addition, the team helps establish, execute, and maintain key business governance initiatives, such as new business and revenue target-setting, business reviews and management information, pipeline management and the control framework for new deal origination. The team also handles ad hoc special projects (e.g. regulatory priorities) and delivers compliance and audit support.

Associates are product generalists as they may support sales teams specializing in assets classes or teams that are product generalists. Working independently under limited supervision, this job assists in identifying target clients, executing product sales and managing client relationships and development.
