Job description:
The Resiliency Team is responsible for strengthening the Client's ability to operate effectively in any environment and help sustain a strong economy for all. We have an immediate opening for an Associate who will focus their efforts on

business process

modelling, reporting to the Resiliency Team Manager in the Risk Group.
We are looking for an experienced Associate familiar with methodologies to identify, document, and assess the processes that underpin the Client's core activities.
This will be part of a comprehensive effort to mature the Client's ability to operate effectively in any environment.
Your role as a Business Processing Modeling Associate:
You will engage with businesses across the Client to develop comprehensive business process models that document how the Client conducts its core operations along with supporting resources.
You will help develop processes and procedures that are effective, adhere to standards, and align with policy and/or risk compliance regulations.
Your role will involve participating in document reviews and data elicitation sessions to engage experts in a collaborative process modeling effort.
The effort requires detailed research and analysis of multiple data types and identifying issues of varying complexity to develop recommendations that escalate problems and issues.
  • Consult with leaders, managers, and practitioners to interpret business process information
  • Collaborate with the Resiliency Team to apply business process framework, taxonomy and data management practices.
  • Collect, process, and analyze data in specialized software and by applying process modeling methodologies
  • Partner with personnel around the Client on resiliency related initiatives to foster coordination, integration, and maturation of best practices

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required with five plus years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of client organizational and business structures and risk and controls framework
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, risk management and application portfolio management disciplines
  • Strong data analysis and visualization experience
  • Experience with Mega Hopex and business process notation a plus
