As a member of our Office of Strategic Initiatives team, you will use state-of-the-art tools, technology, and software to advise on and deliver customized strategic change management programs that encompass technology implementations, business process redesign, culture changes, strategic shifts, or workforce transformations for our Business Services and Office teams.Work you'll doAs a Business Program manager, you will:

Lead one or more teams responsible for the design and execution of Digital Transformation activities for large-scale transformation projects including, but not limited to technology implementation, stakeholder engagement, change management, training, communications, organization design and governance, and culture solutions that enable Business Services teams to meet and exceed their digitalization goals

Partner with Business Services leaders in developing strategies for specific workstreams and service offerings that reinforce the overall Business Services Strategy

Support the Business Services Executive and Management leaders to address key strategic challenges by diagnosing the problem, structuring the choices, and crafting informed recommendations

Lead one or more teams to develop and execute digital, data visualizations of our work products, apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, and use assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change

Manage team responsible for developing and deploying user adoption programs for technical implementations, digitalization, and emerging technology initiatives

Translate business needs into associated technical requirements, and understand solutions that will incorporate these requirements

Conduct data analyses using internal (e.g., financials) and external (e.g., benchmarks) sources that support strategy development and demonstrate how analytics/models can be interpreted and applied to a business issue.

Conduct research from public and proprietary sources to understand market dynamics, synthesizing qualitative information and quantitative data for executive-ready insights and discussions

Work cross-functionally to define and manage the rollout of complex transformational programs that span the Business Services practice

Provide strategic input to key firm-wide processes (e.g., long-term planning across Deloitte businesses) and initiatives

Develop an extensive firm network by partnering with colleagues across a variety of Deloitte practices

The teamOur team, in partnership with our Business Services stakeholders, IT partners, and technology vendors, leads the strategic development, design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions to enhance the office and workplace experience, optimize productivity and create value for the Firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned office and workplace solutions professional to help design, implement and monitor these solutions as part of our multi-year transformation roadmap to support office and workplace operations, administrative services, meetings and events services, and facilities management needs.As a team we:

Formulate and execute Deloitte's Workplace Experience digital strategies for 100,000+ practitioners.

Set and execute the vision for a modern digital enterprise

Ensure business leaders' goals and objectives are met in decisions that go into a technology project

Spearhead the technology enablement of GreenDot strategies

QualificationsRequired:

Working knowledge of and experience with strategy methodologies (e.g., strategic choice structuring) and analyses

Significant Project Management Experience

Experience with competitor and market analysis to uncover and understand market trends and opportunities

Moderately complex business case development and financial modeling

Effective storyboarding, executive communication, and facilitation skills

Experience with primary and secondary research and synthesis

Assessment of operations and initiatives to identify areas of growth, resolve issues, and increase buy-in

Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities, and elevating risks and issues

Effective in a hybrid work environment, combining virtual work with in-person meetings

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related area

PMP Certification

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role in a corporate, customer-centric environment

Minimum of 3 years of experience applying relevant business analysis and assessment techniques, and/or continuous improvement methodologies within a professional services environment

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Jersey City, Nevada, New York City, and Washington State , Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $1,81,900.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation
