Randstad is looking to hire a passionate Business System Analyst. The perfect candidate has the ability to support the requirements gathering with a focus on identifying gaps/weakness of the current processes. This is currently set at a 6 month contract but has potential to extend or convert. This role will be a hybrid remote/onsite structure in New York City. salary: $1 - 50 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

We are looking for a business analyst to support two key priorities around our newly created help desk team:



  • Support the requirements gathering with a focus on identifying gaps/weakness of the current process
  • Support the implementation of our new tool

Responsibilities:



  • Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.
  • Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
  • Designs details of automated systems.
  • May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
  • May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
