If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Chief of Staff to support our Office of the Chief Economist (OCE).Responsibilities:Lead team efforts to collaborate with marketing colleagues to prioritize events and speaking requests and handle challenges
Communicate on behalf of the chief economist and the department with internal and external stakeholders, including the vice chair offices, Digital Nexus and firm practices
Manage and execute OCE projects on ad hoc and on-going basis
Identify and implement OCE process enhancements and improvements, including adoption of technology solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Contribute to OCE and broader KPMG thought leadership publication development via ideation, writing and editing
Monitor and manage procurement, recruitment, team meeting organization and deliverables follow-up and the budget
Qualifications:Minimum ten years of increasing management experience in a large business, government, or professional services firm or similar environment
Bachelor's degree in a liberal arts field from an accredited university or college
Proven track record of results in operations, project management; manage deliverables schedule and ensure deadlines are met
Ability to work in a team, build relationships, networks and credibility with numerous constituents; able to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner
Highly organized and agile individual who can both keep up with frequently changing details and manage strategic projects; expertise at navigating highly matrixed organization, experience responding to complex inquiries, identifying potential issues, apply decision making with limited input
Solid quantitative skills; excellent writing and editing skills a must; expert in Microsoft office suite including, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Master's and PMP certification a plus
Occasional travel required
