Community Partner Coordinator - WeCARE

Meet with community organizations to learn about their missions and share information about our mission and goalsMaintain current knowledge of state and local guidelines and regulationsAct as liaison between various departments to meet client needsConduct searches for suitable job openings and trainings for clients, comparing client qualifications with employer’s requirementsEstablish rapport with area community organizations; maintain on-going relationshipsWork with community organizations to identify job openings, alternative work activities, and training initiativesEnlist cooperation of community and business leaders to help increase awareness of available services in the communityCommunicate with other departments and management to develop strategy and solutionsRepresent WeCARE services to the community, host roundtables and monthly community-based organization meetings
