the community is looking for a Creative Director to join our team remotely and eventually in our NYC or Miami office.
In this important role for the agency, you will be responsible for the creative leadership of Global client’s campaigns and philanthropic endeavours.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing creative teams in the NYC office, and work closely with the Miami Team. This Creative Director will work very closely with the CCOs to support and grow the agency’s creative vision. This lead role is highly visible and requires a strong conceptual creative leader confident in pushing for the delivery of great work.
Responsibilities:
Deliver and sell breakthrough work
Oversee teams in the development of work
Present creative rationale and strategies to internal teams and client stakeholders
Ensure overall quality of deliverables within the team
Supervise creative teams and ability to provide mentorship, guidance, critiques and approval.
Inspire teammates and coworkers
Lead by example with work ethic and conceptual thinking pushing our creative to the next level
Oversee productions and delegate tasks to creatives
8-12 years+ of experience working in a fast-paced creative agency
A portfolio including award-winning creative work
Proven client relationship skills
Strong understanding of business needs
Strong understand of social media platforms and programs
Be a master on its area of expertise
Excellent client presentation skills, including developing and presenting rationale for creative
Team leadership and delegation skills
To be up to date with latest technologies and trends
Native English written and oral communication skills
Seasoned experience working on general market creative
Experience leading shoots and working closely with production
Willingness to travel up to 25% (when safe)
