Responsibilities & Duties: As a Customer Service Representative here at our company, you are responsible for processing applications, answering any questions our customers may have, verifying important information with the customer. Use verbal communication to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems.
Hours of operation: Full Time Monday through Saturday. 10:30am-8:30pm Sat 10am-5pm Afternoon Hours.
Pay: W-2 Employee with benefits packages after 90 days. Pay raises after promotion. The starting pay will be a Weekly Income base Salary. Exactly of how much, will be discussed only in the interview with the Owner.
We need someone that is able to start this Thursday or next week.
Requirements: No prior experience needed. You MUST be responsible, professional, detail oriented, punctual and possess a welcoming attitude. Management experience is a plus; these are the skilled requirements to be qualified.

Office is located Downtown NYC Area. Accessible to major transportation systems.
