UNIVERSAL Technologies is hiring a Data Architect to create a modern data solution with a centralized database to replace a legacy system for our direct client in New York City. This is a multi-year opportunity offering contract W2 or contract rates.Mandatory in person interview required after successful telephone interview.MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
8+ years of relevant data architectural experience designing and developing conceptual, logical and physical data modeling, data policies, strategy, data warehousing, data querying languages and identifying and selecting a system that is best for addressing data storage, retrieval and management.
Experience creating flow charts
Experience in data migration and implementation of CRM systems
Experience delivering internet facing public sector web applications and sites
Understanding of UI design concepts, and experience creating prototypes
Expertise creating scalable data solutions for document management with advanced reporting functions and user-friendly interface.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Design conceptual and logical data models and flow charts
Develop a scalable database solution for data and document management with reporting capabilities, user friendly interface and the ability to access real-time information
Migrate data from legacy mainframe systems and external applications to a new solution
Analyze structural requirements for new software and applications
