The investments we are making will help the company create innovative digital banking experiences, and make it easier for customers to achieve their financial goals.The Digital Credit Card Product Management team is responsible for the development of strategy and implementation of Digital Credit Card (general purpose and co-brand) capabilities and journeys/experiences, which enable customers to research, apply for, on board, and manage their credit cards. The team leverages quantitative and qualitative data such as client feedback, sales metrics, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, working with key partners to translate those opportunities into impactful customer-centric solutions.We are seeking a Digital Product Consultant / Performance Manager to help us achieve our goal of a best-in-class digital experience for Wells Fargo credit card customers. The performance manager will be tasked with identification of opportunities by scrutinizing the sales funnel, monitoring key servicing metrics (adoption rates, customer satisfaction, etc.), and tracking the performance of enhancements to the digital experience. Additionally, this role will assist in business case development and roadmap management in support of the ideation / strategic planning process. Finally, this role will be responsible for conveying the story to digital leadership as well as leadership in key partner organizationsThe Digital Consultant 6 - Credit Card Digital Sales & Service Responsibilities include: Build reporting and track results / KPIs for the Digital Lending team Own and drive business reviews with key partners Work with key partner organizations to build and manage strategic roadmaps Build business cases in support of strategic planning / roadmap management Leveraging all of the above, identify opportunities and build customer-centric vision to share with digital leadership and leadership in key partner organizations Responsible for developing business review presentations with key line of business customersAs an Employee Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Other Desired Qualifications5+ years of experience in a digital, financial services or technology environment

5+ years of experience in the credit card or payment industry

Experience working in an agile organization with experience leveraging data to drive informed strategic decisions

Strong communication skills, collaboration skills, business acumen and financial knowledge of credit cards or consumer lending products

Ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many stakeholders and lead through influence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior management and ability to articulate key messages around risk, issues, customer impacts, etc. in a straightforward and understandable manner

Strong skills in building impactful executive level power point presentation leveraging data and insight
