Title: Digital Content Analyst/Specialist

Duration: 6 months contract with a probalbe extension

Location: Anywhere, USA (Remote)

Job Description:
Our client is a leading provider on digital and manufactured educational products and services. They are seeking a Digital Content Analyst/Specialist to work with product leadership to understand the problems to be solved and infuse project goals, problem statement(s), and prioritization into the work of the team. They will participate in user research and UX sessions, synthesizing feedback into actionable requirements and stories. Write user stories (requirements and acceptance criteria that ensures accessibility/a11y compliance) based on inputs from customers, sales, TPM/agile team, and other stakeholders. Participate in continuous discovery exercises, including performing competitive analysis and regularly reviewing usage analytics and customer interaction data.

Required Skills:
  • A self-starter who works proactively to understand and address the challenges/opportunities ahead of the team
  • Experience with JIRA and strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • A curious mind, seeking out clarity and deeper understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Product experience defining and delivering value in Agile-based software development teams
  • A penchant for learning quickly and thinking creatively
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education
  • E xperience in A11Y compliance, Ed Tech, Education, or Digital Content Development is preferred
