We are unable to sponsor H1b candidates at this time The Product Specialist of Promotions is responsible for becoming an expert on the global Promotions features, enhancements, in house Promotions tools across all brand sites, globally. He/She is also responsible for helping to triage Production incidents and production escalations, understanding business requirements and needs, and ensuring the operational integrity of the websites both in development and live. The Product Specialist leverages their project management skills to manage communication, planning, and execution of offers via Offer Manager & the CMS with the brand teams. Key responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Global Promotions Features. Work with the Product Owner and Product Manager to develop tactics for brand adoption of the Promotions features.
Evolve the brand-facing documentation around Promotions features and their capabilities. Work on powerpoint decks that simply and visually explain how to best utilize Promotions features. Present these decks to brands and host collaborative working sessions to plan their promotional calendars.
Manage brand expectations within the confines of the feature scope. Serve as an expert consultant to brands on how best to utilize the existing offer capabilities in order to solve their business need.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in delivering/producing digital projects.
Educated to Bachelor’s Degree level or have relevant experience in their appropriate discipline and management experience.
Work experience with offshore/nearshore/onshore model or domestic remote team a big plus
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment; ready to roll up sleeves and be hands on in troubleshooting.
Must possess interpersonal skills and be comfortable interacting with various stakeholders
Willingness to seek out answers when unclear, able to move through ambiguity
Expert problem solving abilities
Superior organizational skills
Project management certification preferable
