Lucas Group has partnered with a client on their search a Director of Accounting who will oversee operational accounting teams. This position is a remote, long-term contract opportunity.
Requirements:
Hands on experience with high volume manual processes
Proactively review internal processes and implement improvements
Prior management experience required.
Demonstrated ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams.
Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
