The Requirements:

  • B.S or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 8 years of experience working in the Software industry or a related field.
  • At least 3 years managing a team of engineers, with a knowledge of how to perform 1:1’s, give feedback, and manage performance.
  • At least 2 years of

    AD TECH industry experience focused in programmatic advertising
  • Strong portfolio (i.e. Github) demonstrating past work experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, including QA and deployment processes with a robust algorithms, data structures, and coding background
  • Experience reviewing other developers’ code and mentoring more junior developers.
  • Expert in either Go, C, or Java in large-scale distributed systems
  • Experience working in a Dockerized Kubernetes environment across multiple clusters on AWS is a major plus
  • Ability to take a loosely defined idea from the brainstorming phase to production, including the architecture plan, development, and testing process.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively.
