If so, lets talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM is hiring a Sale Deal Leader. This IBM position will have two main responsibilities.

First, to be the WW deal coach for small and medium size deals (>$3m value). With skills in the field currently at a low point, we need a WW sales lead to focus on helping market sales teams developing proposals with impactful value.

Second, to work with enablement to build comprehensive education/enablement material for IBM Z Sales 101.

These are a highly crucial and must have skills for our team.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseFor this IBM role we require:

5+ years of direct sales experience

2+ years of management experience

Familiarity with highly engineered systems hardware + Linux landscape

IBM Z deal creation experience with financing experience

Familiarity with hybrid and public cloud deployment models

Ability to operate and influence in highly matrixed, global management team

Competitive analysis and market opportunity assessment skills

Strong analytical skills, detail oriented

Excellent, persuasive written and verbal communication

Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseFor this IBM role, we prefer:

IBM Z Skills

Understanding of Financial Services, Service Provider, or Public Sector Industries

Familiarity with IT hardware security infrastructure
