The Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the vision and execution of the firm s data governance strategy by researching and documenting data policies and standards, developing and populating metadata artifacts and supporting the activation of data stewardship. In close partnership with technology and business partners, this individual will actively support initiatives to implement our data governance frameworks and champion a data-centric culture.
Responsibilities:
Lead creation and approval process of business terms and manage enterprise business glossary for assigned domains
Plan, organize and conduct information gathering and workgroup sessions with stakeholders and execute follow up activities Request for Statement of Work
Primary Skills
Knowledge and experience with healthcare terminology, concepts and business processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well with individuals at all levels within the organization
Proficient with Microsoft Office (required), Visio and SharePoint tools (strongly desired)
