TITLE: Insises IT Sales Associate

Location: REMOTE

Our client was esablishe is 2004, and they are continuing to grow. They are currently looking to hire a talented, eager and hungrey IT Sales Associate to jojn their team.The IT Sales Associate will sell Microsoft technologies and infrastructure solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud, including Office 365, Azure, Teams, SharePoint and more. Thes solutions incorporate delivering measurable business outcomes through innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies and infrastructure solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud. To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating the value of Neway's services and solution offerings.
  • Upselling services in existing customers.
  • Defining lead generation campaigns.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Skills / Experience You Will Need:
  • Graduate degree.
  • 3-5 years previous sales experience in an IT Software & Services business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Result driven and ability to achieve targets.
