Twenty Recruitment is partnering with a private bank/ financial services company to identify a Trainer with Instructional Design skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with in-person trainings to assist with a business transformation. This position requires travel to multiple locations throughout the United States (LA, Boston, New York, San Diego, San Francisco).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site training for employees across the organization (through C-level/executives)
- Tweak presentations previously made in Articulate/Storyline
- Involvement in surveys and other classroom feedback
- Utilization of Adult Learning Theories to ensure that curriculum is quality

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with on-site training or learning development
- Experience utilizing Articulate/Storyline 360, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Keynote, Presi, and other presentation tools
- Ability to train, coach, mentor across all levels of an organization
- Ability to travel to several locations for in-person trainings
- Experience with virtual trainings and webinars

The Role We have an opportunity for a Designer to join our Faade Practice. This individual will be responsible for the detailing of facades and running relevant analyses, materials and systems research, and coordinating project work with the team. Must be conscientious and creative, detail-oriented and professional with attentiveness to client communications. Responsibilities Analyzes faade performance with specialized software (i.e. loading, thermal analysis, condensation risk, geometry). Researches materials and systems to determine specific project suitability. Interprets building codes and project/design/construction specifications. Prepares faade detailing in 2D and 3D format for client communication. Assists in construction administration, responding to RFIs and organizes submittal logs. Attends construction meetings, performs site inspections, and prepares field reports for client. Interacts with team members and clients regarding project information. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or Architecture. Master\'s degree preferred. Must have faade experience for small-scale projects.
