Job Description

· Develop web strategy, manage execution, and own key results for Lightstep.com

· Drive growth for Lightstep self-serve and enterprise businesses in close partnership with multiple stakeholders on Lightstep and ServiceNow side

· Own web experimentation strategy, roadmap, and execution and consistently deliver on the key results

· Effectively manage web dev and experimentation agency partners and optimize for growth of self-serve and enterprise businesses

· Have strong qualitative and quantitative skills to read the data and distill it into actionable insights and learnings

· Optimize the web architecture and tech stack, develop clear processes to improve site performance and meet stakeholders’ needs

Qualifications

· 12+ years of hands-on experience working with a complex website

· Strong technical knowledge and understanding of paid media channels (especially paid search)

· Systems thinker, plan beyond short-term tactics and build scalable web program

· Hands-on mindset and determination to get things done

· Easily adapt to new scenarios

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home.
