Description In MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, NY (Remote Position): Our client – integrated retail and corporate bank, and one of the Japan’s major financial services institutions – is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel or Paralegal to support them on a long-term, contract basis. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing various operational and legal risks across the bank’s group of companies, and provide legal support to broker dealer and swap dealer entities’ equities with respect to regulatory and compliance issues, and other general legal matters. Additionally, this candidate should be comfortable preparing reports for various regulatory initiatives; gathering and extracting information from MRAs, GMRAs, MSLAs, GMSLAs, ISDAs, CDEAs, MCAs, and other trading agreements.
