Managed Threat Services Sales Engineer, LeadKey Role:Engage with Booz Allen Hamilton commercial clients, business development leaders, and security practice experts to position the firm's managed detection and response Cybersecurity services to existing and prospective clients. Maintain responsibility for assisting the sales team with technical conversations with the client about the services they are inquiring about and assist with the execution of the contract. Serve as the subject matter expert in Booz Allen commercial security service portfolio, including managed detection and response, threat intelligence, and other services. Provide technical guidance and partner with vertical account leaders and practice leads in building solutions to address specific client security needs. Provide consultative solution and service enablement, technical and sales support for major account opportunities, and perform technical presentations for existing clients, prospective clients, and internal leadership. Comprehend business requirements for Booz Allen Hamilton client base, translate into relevant technical requirements and roadmaps, and create, present, and document proposed security service proposals and architectures. Develop technical presentations and documentation to support RFP responses, proposals, and statements of work for new services and architectures. Act as a technical subject matter expert for Majesco Policy Admin, Billing, and Digital 1st products. Oversee system changes for sound design and quality of delivery.
