Manage the day-to-day operation of the network, which includes responding to Level 3 issues and tickets for LAN/WAN, Wifi, VoIP and Security related technologies. Most technology is Cisco based.
Perform tasks and projects that support the team and business requirements
Work with colleagues globally either within the team and outside of the team to support our environment
Help evolve the process of network monitoring, support and deployment of technologies with input, documentation and team strategy
Work with various systems such as Remedy for incidents and change requests, various network monitoring tools, documentation systems, communication tools (MS Teams) and various troubleshooting tools
Guide the business with decisions and proposals that allow both the business and IT organization to achieve their goals.
Ensure the network is sized appropriately and performs as expected for all Americas sites, considering current usage and known future growth
Maintain the physical standards of the data center, remote sites, and equipment storage spaces.
Contribute to the Cyber Risk Mitigation strategy and implement agreed roadmap.
