We are building new relevance and revenue streams across a range of talent dimensions driven by the next wave beyond digitization – a revolutionary business change and rapidly evolving market - the Cognitive Enterprise.IBM leads in the market on cognitive capabilities in HR and is Watson Talent. Our global network of over 6000 + professionals (Consulting and Cognitive Process Services) offer the following example services and solutions to our clients:

Talent Reinvention strategy and development including digital HR

HR Transformation & operating model design and implementation

HR Technology selection and deployment/integration e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle

Cognitive and AI strategy, roadmaps and solutions across the talent lifecycle

HR operations design and implementation including shared services

Cognitive Process Service (BPO) /Employee care for recruitment, core HR operations, payroll, and learning

Learning strategy and digital learning content transformation including learning consumption and analytics and personalized learning platforms

Organization Change Management covering a breadth of services e.g. organization design, engagement and adoption, complex business change deployment

The RoleThe IBM Talent & Transformation Innovation Unit seeks an offering manager with a track record of managing and overseeing design of offerings and development / execution of offering business plans in a fast-paced environment to support a rapid growth of the Talent & Transformation business.Specifically, this candidate will:

Define client value proposition and experience roadmap; lead design of differentiated service offering assets

Develop end to end offering business plan aligned to T&T IU strategy and informed by in-market offering financial performance

Manage offering in market and respond to client feedback with solid understanding of competitors

Develop and manage offering roadmap and offering investment plans in partnership with client-facing offering leader

Manage the offering asset governance model for easy access to offering assets across geos

Support client-facing offering leader and client teams with offering assets in deal solutioning opportunities

Develop and manage offering enablement strategy and plan

Contribute to the Talent & Transformation Innovation Unit strategy as it is launched into the market as the HR digital reinvention partner for leading clients around the world

GBSGTMCPT18Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseThe ideal candidate for this role will meet the following requirements with a minimum of 5-7 years of offering management experience covering:

Market and competitor analysis contributing to POV on offering strategy

Offering roadmap development and management

Agile project management experience

Offering enablement strategy development and execution

GTM development strategies

Financial and business acumen

Background in working in a modern technology environment, be a self-starter who can effectively navigate within a large matrix organization, project management, organization and planning skills.

Creative, analytical problem solver.

Skilled communicator and high-energy individual that is a strong team player and willing to help build a strong offering management function working in a global environment.

Fluent English, culturally sensitive
