Product Manager - Human Capital Systems, NYC, NY. This is Full Time Position.We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher who have three to seven years of relevant work experience. Preference will be given to those who have been actively involved in product management for complex software implementations within an agile environment. Experience designing and implementing data warehouses is a significant plus. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, organizational skills, a dedicated client service mentality, a knack for rapid problem solving, an aptitude for translating the needs of non-technical systems users into technical requirements, and an ability to see how small details interrelate and impact the bigger picture (i.e. systems thinking) are all critical for this role. Applicants with expertise in technical writing, process mapping, process re-engineering, and data modeling will excel in this role.
