This role involves exposure to many areas of the firm and our trading strategies and may eventually entail additional responsibilities, including marketing, managing investor relationships, and managing portions of operational processes.Responsibilities will include communicating with investors in Asia Pacific, joining marketing trips across the region, and conducting prospect- and investor-focused research. The associate will have the opportunity to attend and support a variety of investor- and prospect-facing meetings and calls and assist with day-to-day client service and internal operations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical skills, superb organizational abilities, extraordinary sensitivity to detail, and a demonstrated record of intellectual achievement Significant experience with Excel is useful but not required. Full Time Position.Seeks an exceptionally detail-oriented individual to join its Investor Relations group as an associate on the team that produces marketing materials and investor reporting documents. Members of Investor Relations perform both marketing and client service functions for current and prospective investors in the firm's investment products. The associate will primarily be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and editing investor-focused documents in support of the firm's $29 billion asset management business, which runs active strategies across the alpha to beta spectrum in major, liquid asset classes, including systematic, benchmark-relative equity strategies and multi-asset class portfolios. They will coordinate with various groups in the firm to help bring those documents to completion and will also manage and implement projects to support the team's operational infrastructure, especially in areas of document automation, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. The role provides significant exposure to all aspects of the firm's asset management business, including interdepartmental collaboration with investment, legal and compliance, financial operations, and technology infrastructure groupsIdeal candidates will have a bachelor's degree or higher with at least one to three years of experience in roles requiring outstanding project management, organizational, and analytical abilities; superb writing, editing, and proofreading skills; and exceptional attention to detail.

Full Time Position.Seeks a talented relationship manager to join its Investor Relations team in Hong Kong with a particular focus on developing and managing relationships with Japanese institutional investors. This position allows the opportunity to gain investor relations and marketing expertise, contribute to an innovative team, and be involved in strategic and operational marketing decisions.The relationship manager will work closely with senior members of Investor Relations on investor-facing activities and will have substantial contact with current and prospective investors as well as internal areas of the firm, including trading, financial operations, and legal. This individual will be expected to split their time about equally between Hong Kong and Japan. Responsibilities will include communicating with investors, contributing to product and collateral development, informing the firm’s long-term capital raising strategy in Japan, and working on a variety of special projects. Over time, the relationship manager will be expected to assume additional marketing and fundraising responsibilities with the potential to expand their function into other Asian markets.
