Responsibilities
• Interact with and work alongside driven senior executives, department leaders, technology leaders and product managers to drive program success with deliverables in 2021.
• Embrace the challenge of managing multiple matrixed work streams including stakeholder expectations and communications plans
• Plan and monitor work streams from initiation through completion.
• Facilitate meetings with Product, Content and Development leads leading to clear outputs and actions.
• Manage timelines and proactively utilize both quality control and risk management activities to ensure project deliverables are met
• Develop and execute communication, engagement and awareness campaigns related to projects/programs
• Monitor and report on project progress; identify and mitigate risk to ensure all remain on track
• Aid in development and maintenance of key project performance indicators; Present/Share reports on progress as well as risks/problems and solutions; Evaluate and assess results
• Initiate improvements to enhance the efficiency and the quality of the work performed on assigned projects.
Qualifications
• 10 years or more of experience and proven success in project/program management within a corporate environment demonstrating strong leadership ability.
• Bachelor's degree
• Collaborative work style with ability to adapt to change, solicit input, influence, and support decision-making
• Ability to have multiple projects and tasks in flight at once, in various stages
• Strong service orientation and high standards of excellence and business enablement
• Excellent listener; seeks broad input and feedback; employs frequent and effective follow-up
• Strong facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities; ability to have multiple projects in flight at once, in various stages
• Ability to drive large scale initiatives having many stakeholders and partners with little direction or guidance
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (15-20% annually) – conditions permitting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working cross-culturally with varied colleagues in a global environment.
• Experience working with senior partners to develop and communicate at strategic and tactical levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solid track record developing and using metrics.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting culture change and business transformation.
• Experience managing technical implementations or digital transformation projects.
• Conceptual understanding of Machine to Machine delivery methods and web platform fundamentals.
