What you'll do


  • You will represent the work in a product area by driving alignment on the right initiatives to execute the long-term strategic plan amongst daily operations.
  • You will organize, drive, and execute on multiple of the product area's initiatives.
  • You will work with Product Managers and Engineering Managers inside the business area to help them communicate product strategies to the wider organization.
  • You will understand Mission and company-wide initiatives, understanding how the product area that you represent can create strategic, mutually beneficial relationships with other areas of our organization.
  • In alignment with our Mission, you will support a product area by developing, facilitating, and sustaining forums for cross functional discussions, decisions making, and knowledge sharing
  • You will analyze ongoing program management needs (reporting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, planning, etc) and evolve to fit your product area
  • You will assist in strategic project delivery and the monitoring of long-term goals.
  • You will partner with accounting stakeholders and other program managers to harmonize delivery.
  • You need to be ready to "hit the ground running" as many of the initiatives that you will be overseeing are already running.




Who you are

  • You have 6+ experience working in Program Management roles, financial technology platforms or management consulting.
  • You have experience with implementation, stabilization, and maintenance of SaaS platforms.
  • You are familiar with IT/ SOX compliance requirements
  • You have experience running and representing large, cross-functional software projects and can easily communicate strategies, goals, and progress status.
  • You are a superb communicator and bring clarity to the projects you take on; freeing up lines of communication, identifying and removing blockers, encouraging collaboration, and, most importantly, continuously looking for ways to improve how we work.
  • You are comfortable balancing multiple concurrent projects in an agile, fast-paced, frequently evolving environment.
  • You are extremely structured, organized and have great attention to detail.
  • You excel at influencing and delivering without formal authority.
  • You are comfortable liaising with individual contributors, executive stakeholders, and vendors.

salary: $70 - 84 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Masters
