PLEASE NOTE : This Project Manager role is with Stagwell Tech a part of The Stagwell Group. Stagwell Tech is searching for a highly motivated individual to join our Software Development team as a Project Manager, to specifically work on SaaS projects.
In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, resourcing, and managing technology initiatives, meeting project deliverables / budget requirements, and assist our Software Development professionals execute on all technology Initiatives.
The successful candidate will also be the liaison with all vendors, partners and clients - written & computer skills is a must.
An outgoing and proactive individual who is comfortable interacting with C-Level executives will excel in this role.
Responsibilities :
Assist in building out product roadmaps, and delivery
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and deliver technical and functional specifications
Lead and organize cross functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products
Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor / subcontractor organizations, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met
Partners with engineers, designers, etc. to determine technical direction for projects from design to completion
Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor / subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope
Develops the project schedule to complete deliverables, determine critical paths, identify risks, and develops mitigation plans
Create communications of project plans, project status and issues to all stakeholders (including executive management and project team)
Monitors and controls inputs and documentations, which includes scope packages, project metrics, project plan, business case, assets, resource plan, etc.
Manages budget, process compliance and provides input to incremental process improvements with the use of lessons learned and other project process tools
Ensures that the project is on schedule, is high quality, is within determined budget, and meets the measures of success defined
Utilizes appropriate project management tools Jira) and agile project management methodology to execute project
Requirements :
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN SAAS PRODUCTS
STRONG AND CLEAR WRITTEN AND ORAL COMMUNICATION IS REQUIRED
7 years of experience in technology as a Project Manager, preferably working with SaaS projects
Must have knowledge / proficiency with the following : Jira, agile project management methodology
Certifications : PMP, PMI-ACP is preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
