Job DescriptionThe MSK Direct Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for implementation of lead generation initiatives to deliver prospects for MSK Direct. This position will collaborate closely with Marketing & Communications and Sales to ensure both teams have the necessary tools, content, and processes to grow and build engagement with MSK Direct nationally. You Will: Produce qualified leads for the business development team, responsible for creating and managing qualified lead generation using Salesforce.
Research, develop and maintain prospect lists for targeted outbound communications. Deliver analytics to track, measure and optimize effectiveness and conversion.
Provide support to the Business Development team through research, writing/versioning presentation, and identifying and developing case studies.
Provide project management support and act as liaison between internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth collaboration to reach sales targets. Developing trusting and highly collaborative partnerships at every level of the organization.
Version existing sales presentation and collateral for specific meetings and ensure all program collateral across channels are up to date.
Act as subject matter expert on competitive trends and oncology topics relevant to health benefits leaders.
Lead conference planning and provide support during the sales cycle at all stages.
You Need:
5+ years work experience in administering marketing and sales data/platforms, business, marketing, or related field.
B2B demand generation management experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams.
Experience with managing virtual and hybrid customer/user events and expertise using Zoom webinars and other conference management software.
Technical experience configuring Salesforce and experience with integration, dashboard, and campaign tracking.
Operational process improvement/management skills in marketing/sales domain.
Strong data synthesis, analysis, and presentation skills.
Experience in health benefits, health plans, hospital, and consulting marketing is highly preferred
