I am recruiting urgently for a Salesforce Administrator. This is a full-time ON-SITE role although there is some flexibility to make it PARTIAL REMOTE. The organization is located in NYC right outside of Grand Central Station. Job Description
Salesforce CRM/Mailchimp/Constant Contact administrator

A leading international non-profit is looking for someone to help manage its growing database of contacts. Position responsibilities will include:

- Implement and manage all changes and additions required for the CRM
- Data management: upload new contacts, clean and maintain existing contacts, eliminate duplicates
- Implement and manage interfaces between Salesforce, social media platforms and websites
- Generate Salesforce reports and provide analysis
- Upload records into Mailchimp and Constant Contact, help conduct mailing campaigns, provide reporting and analysis
- Assist in developing data acquisition strategies
- Help optimize effectiveness of email marketing/communications activities
- Help manage relationships with technology/software providers and consultants
- Propose medium- and long-term improvements of the database
- Train staff in database utilization, as necessary
- Help manage users and security for Salesforce
- Provide assistance with online research, as necessary

Required experience:

- At least 2-3 year of hands-on Salesforce management and utilization experience
- At least 2-3 years of Mailchimp and/or Constant Contact management and utilization experience
