Description:SUMMARY

Reporting to the AMS IT Director, this role has responsibility for the SAP SD Production Support group. The individual will partner with business stakeholders to identify and resolve system/ Business Process issues. This role requires knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution Module and business processes and methodologies, along with excellent technical and problem-solving abilities. Expert level design and configuration knowledge in SAP SD, IS Media, Business Partners, Pricing, Order entry, and IDoc Processing. Individual also must has extensive experience in working with a Level 1, 2, and 3 help desk environments in both an onsite and offshore model. With proven capabilities in building high performance teams and delivering expected results in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Director of SAP AMS organization and ensure support for business units running SAP. Responsible for all SD production support activities including providing guidance and assistance to the team for problem solving and Ticket resolution.
• Develops strong business relationships and works collaboratively with the business Partners to ensure alignment of business priorities to IT deliverables, by prioritizing tickets/ requests, resources, and deliverables throughout the solution implementation lifecycle.
• Leads teams to deliver high quality solutions based on best practices. Develops and grows the existing team into a high performance, Agile, efficient and effective team.
• Provides coaching, mentoring/guidance and leadership to the team.
• Work closely with IT departments across the company, particularly those that feed data to and from SAP to Triage and Fix and system or interface issues.
• Responsible for ensuring change management processes are implemented and followed
• Perform other duties as appropriate in support of company's strategic initiatives
• The Group Creates functional specifications, test plans, user training, cutover plans and other Production support documentation as required in accordance with SOX compliance
• Daily Monitoring and handling of Service Now Tickets within Established SLA.
• Weekly Business Prioritization meetings to insure we are in alignment with business priorities and escalations.

1 Provide support to the Director of SAP AMS organization and ensure support for business units running SAP. Responsible for all SD production support activities including providing guidance and assistance to the team for problem solving and Ticket resolution.
Ensure SAP best practices are leveraged wherever possible as part of the solution.
2 Develops strong business relationships and works collaboratively with the business Partners to ensure alignment of business priorities to IT deliverables, by prioritizing tickets/ requests, resources, and deliverables throughout the solution implementation lifecycle.
Ensure business requirements are appropriately addressed in the solution. Solution must have long term viability and meet business vision.
3 Leads teams to deliver high quality solutions based on best practices. Develops and grows the existing team into a high performance, Agile, efficient and effective team.
Keep solution as close to standard SAP as possible.
4 Work closely with IT departments across the company, particularly those that feed data to and from SAP to Triage and Fix and system or interface issues Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all Tickets and resolutions is Properly Documented and meets customers and Business requirements.
5 The Group Creates functional specifications, test plans, user training, cutover plans and other Production support documentation as required in accordance with SOX compliance

Ensure deployment of ticket resolution and timeliness and acceptations of the solution meets all Business and SOX compliance.
6 Daily Monitoring and handling of Service Now Tickets within Established SLA Meeting customers expected SLA and resolution based on ticket Priority
7 Weekly Business Prioritization meetings. Meet to insure we are in alignment with business priorities and escalations.

8 Escalate issues to Sr. SAP Manager Minimize cost and delays due to unanticipated issues



ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE
Prior Experience / Industry or Other Proven business acumen in SAP QTC Process.
7 years of SAP experience across multiple endtoend implementations, with at least 3 as SD lead or Functional SD lead.
SAP Functional configuration expertise in SD Module.
Prior work experience in a Lead capacity
Multicountry rollout experience preferred
SAP Sales and Distribution
SAP IS Media and SAP GRC
HANA knowledge and experience
SAP Certification
AGILE Methodology Experience
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics Solid communication and interpersonal
skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams
and to make project presentations
Excellent timemanagement skills and
ability to plan ahead for scheduled tasks
Ability to train a nontechnology
audience Minimum of 10years configuration experience in SD (Sales and Distribution), specifically Order to Cash, CO-PC (make to stock for process industry), Pricing, and Billing.

Technical and Business Competencies horough understanding of the project life cycle from requirements Definition
through post Implementation Support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extremely proficient in the use of MS
Office products such as Project, Excel,
Word, Visio and PowerPoint Experience with SD integration between WM, MM, PP, TM and FICO.

SAP Certification
AGILE Methodology Experience
