THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Digital Growth to our Marketing team in NYC (remote to start OK) !

This position will report to the Senior Director, Global Enterprise Growth and lead digital growth strategy and programs targeting enterprise client prospects, directly impacting overall company enterprise business goals.

With exciting growth and expansion ahead in multiple markets, we are looking for someone who is a true growth agent - a creative, resourceful, entrepreneurial self-starter and a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help grow businesses.

YOUR IMPACT

Manage large media budgets for global enterprise digital marketing

Develop and build business cases for different digital strategies to generate enterprise demand for Gympass from HR professionals and senior management

Run A / B testing and implement experimentation across all paid digital initiatives, analyze results and communicate high-level actionable learnings

Be in the trenches gathering feedback from Business Development and Client Sales to continuously improve future digital campaigns

Align regularly with the Social Media and Content Marketing teams to ensure a creative center of excellence across all digital enterprise campaigns

Build comprehensive funnel-aware and ROI-minded reporting of all relevant KPIs & build the right dashboards to track performance on individual campaigns as well as overall performance in cooperation with the Marketing Operations and Analytics teams

Work in tandem with the Field Marketing Team to produce and market Prospect Client-facing events & webinars through digital marketing activities

Collaborate with the wider Global Marketing team to optimize the use or marketing tools for demand generation including leveraging digital themes, PR, social media, case studies, SEO, product marketing, content marketing, channel marketing, events, partner marketing, etc.

WHO YOU ARE

An experienced digital marketer who has executed successful growth / demand generation initiatives (e.g. email, paid marketing, inbound, website optimization, landing pages, referral / affiliate programs)

Have a strong grasp on digital marketing channels like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, 3rd party publishers, content syndication networks, etc.

Your are familiar with the B2B marketing funnel and understand the characteristics of enterprise prospects and what will help us maximize effectiveness of our enterprise buyer’s journey

Experience using Salesforce (or dashboards like Tableau) to capture, track and report on leads and opportunities

Preferred experience with managing multi-million dollar annual digital market budgets and the ability to distill takeaways and ROI from the spend

Hands-on : willing to deploy numerous campaigns, get insights from data, execute and run quick hypothesis tests to drive fast growth

Team player mentality who can think at the thousand foot level of impact Enterprise Marketing can make on the larger company business goals

Able to communicate / interact effectively with all levels of management while operating in a complex and rapidly changing environment

Superb attention to detail, personal organization and excellent planning & management skills

Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of marketing analytics and key metrics
