We are looking for our next leader for our media practice who will grow, strengthen, and lead our digital capabilities. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of performance media experience at a digital agency working across all digital channels and various verticals. This person will not only manage a team, but inspire and motivate their team, as well as clients and agency partners as it relates to our media practice.

Position is 100% remote!

Job Details

Is your background a fit?
10+ years of advertising/ media experience with a combination of strategic consulting experience
5+ years of hands-on digital advertising or digital media experience managing and implementing a performance media practice (paid, organic, and social media campaigns across networks)
Strong knowledge of the media landscape and possess the ability to drive strategy for integrated media initiatives including on and offline media
Able to inspire and motivate a team
Strong understanding of modern and performance marketing, including the role of first and third-party data in audience-building and targeting, particularly in the face of rising consumer privacy demands and cookie degradation
Expertise, credibility and presence to influence client and agency partner leadership
Possess a passion, drive and curiosity to build and grow a practice
Manage/oversee client portfolio of up to $35M - $50M in annual media spend
Able to judge and quantify results of advertising and promotional efforts to understand the true value of ROI
Strong understanding and describe impact of results, compare actual results to established KPI's, and know what to do the information
Are a strong collaborator working upstream across disciplines to bring strategy and customer journeys to life through media activation and creativity
Able to recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization and you know that these differences add to a work culture

What will you be doing?
Report to CEO/COO and become the eyes and ears of digital media - you will know about new media before anyone else
Lead our team of media practitioners for end-to-end digital media services (planning, buying, optimization and performance measurement) across paid digital platforms
Act as a as point person for senior client and partner relationships and new business opportunities
Collaborate with partner agencies on shared client relationships and new business opportunities
Partner with practice leads on opportunities to proactively add media services within existing, non-media client engagements
Proactively seek and apply best practices to strengthen digital media competencies, methods and delivery
Drive media portfolio growth through media-related business development leadership
Promote media understanding and literacy within the agency to elevate media awareness and comprehension beyond the media practice
Partner with operations and delivery leaders to optimize and streamline media delivery, including automation and the adoption of relevant tools, systems and processes to drive efficiency
Manage media teams and give direction regarding launch, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns
Continually stay up to date with the changing landscape of digital marketing and media
