We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with Fixed Income Level 2 Support experience to join our LTX Client Services team. The Client Services team has responsibility for supporting LTX clients and working with clients to ensure they have an excellent experience with the LTX platform. Your main responsibilities will include:
· Triaging production issues
· Supporting Trading platforms / marketplaces
· Handling production critical systems
· Working under production critical SLAs
· Understanding of deployment topologies and system communications
· Working with Database and hands on with SQL.
You should exhibit a keen sense of end-to-end ownership of the quality of the product, organizing your assigned tasks with care, attention to detail under pressure, and respect for target delivery dates. You enjoy working with a small, talented team but have an independent mindset to champion our Customers’ experience of quality, and the security of our Customer data
